Was the Breach in the Supreme Court an Attack by the Left to Cause More Upheaval?
Their plan seems to be backfiring.
The leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is an unprecedented travesty. Since the first meeting of the Supreme Court on February 2, 1790, there has never been a breach of trust like this one.
In the aftermath, the SCOTUS blog tweeted, “It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff.” “This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.”
Even though there is no law on the books against this betrayal of confidentiality, it should lead to the disbarment of the clerk that perpetrated it. The truth will come out.
Are the Democrats behind the leak? There isn’t much of an outcry from the Left about this heinous act. They are far more concerned with the implications of the leaked draft and stirring up abortion supporters. The current administration didn’t condemn the ensuing violence, they promoted it with their inaction. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.
