This is excellent information. I've been following the 16/8 intermittent fasting regimen for over three years. It helped me lose the weight I gained when I broke my ankle and keep it off. I also walk 10,000 steps daily. I had a heart condition when I was 20, and I have done well because of exercise and keeping myself at a healthy weight. I didn't realize menopause affected heart health. Thanks for this post.
