Thank you for this encouragement to squat. I've been feeling like I need to get off my duff and do this important exercise. Before my husband and I hit the road in our motorhome I took a great exercise class four days a week and we did lots of squats. Two years without doing it, and turning sixty, I now have ugly crepey skin on my legs. I know I can get rid of it if I get back to workouts and not just walking. I needed this kick in my backside.
