Like you, I love cilantro. I wouldn't make salsa without it. However, some friends won't touch the stuff. I don't know about you, but I've found that folks who dislike Cilantro hate it! It's never a mild opinion when it comes to cilantro. I am looking forward to trying this recipe. Is it necessary to do the corn starch soak? I'm perfectly comfortable giving my cilantro a good rinse and then using it.
