I've never had a cat live past 16. We live full time in an RV now with our ornery orange tabby. He's only allowed outside in his kitty condo. Between not being an outdoor cat and his contemptuous personality, he'll probably be around until he's 25. That's okay with me. I don't think we have our fur babies long enough.
