I’ve been doing the 16/8 intermittent fasting for years and it has helped a lot. I still struggle to eat slowly. I learned from my mother who always woofed her food down like someone would steal it if she didn’t. It’s a hard habit to break. My husband is the complete opposite. He’s always the last person to finish his meal. After 35 years together I have slowed a little and he’s sped up. I keep trying to be more like him. He truly takes the time to enjoy his food. 🍲
