I have been doing the 16/8 intermittent fasting for five months as well as avoiding eating lots of carbs. I had lost 18 pounds and have more energy. I used to eat breakfast practically as soon as I was out of bed. Now I'm not usually hungry until 10:00 anyway. A lifestyle change, and not a diet is certainly the way to keep weight off. Congratulations on your new lifestyle. :)
