I was blessed to have company on my walk today. Jodee and I talked about our spiritual journeys. We are both in a place of growth right now, and it’s beautiful. We have also been lazy Christians in the past. We loved God and were saved, but we were baby Christians. We might have been going to heaven, but we weren’t taking anybody with us.

We talked about how important it is to stay in your Bible, pray often, and have plenty of fellowship with like-minded people. We chatted about how much better off this world would be if everyone who identifies as a Christian strived for spiritual maturity. In other words, tried to exemplify Jesus.
