Help me, Jesus, if I get that symptom, too. I hate to break it to you, but ten years may not cut it. I had hot flashes and night sweats so bad that I had to have hormone replacement therapy. I was on low-dose estrogen and progesterone for about ten years. As a full-time RVer moving around all the time, doctor visits were so much of a pain that I decided to wean myself off of my meds instead of jumping through hoops to get my refills prescribed. Lo and behold, the stupid hot flashes and night sweats are back. 🤦‍♀️ They are nowhere near as severe as they used to be, but they are still miserable. I complained to friends in their 70s, and told me to get used to it. They are still experiencing them. It ain't right, but it's so. This was a fun read. I feel for you, my friend.
