At one point I had to give up using my Fitbit. I had a Charge 3 that died and decided not to replace it because I was making myself crazy. If I hadn't gotten in my 10,000 steps by bedtime I'd walk circles around my coffee table until I got them. My husband thought I was crazy. When I retired I decided I needed one to maintain my health. I started doing 16/8 intermittent fasting and got back to getting my steps in and lost 30 pounds. I'm back to being OCD about my steps, but at this point in my life I think that's a good thing. I know what you mean about the sleep thing. I think I need to do what you did and stop checking it out every morning. I will let a 64 sleep score get in my head and think I'm more tired than I really am. Thanks for the post. :)
