Are RV Manufacturers and Warranty Companies in Cahoots? This Much BS Can’t be Accidental
Day nine, and everything ain’t fine.
When we originally made our appointment at Lazy Days, the plan was to change out our crappy macerating toilet system with a more straightforward, easier-to-clean-out unit and have replacement motors installed in our four broken nightshades. The motors were ordered during our last 16-day visit to the Lazy Days Service Department in Wildwood, Florida.
The details of that excursion are in my other posts in this series. I’ll add them at the end of this post.
By the time we arrived here, the front air conditioner had stopped working, our Aqua-Hot water heater only heated water using diesel, the water pump for the freshwater fill system had gone out, and our front door would no longer stay open.
Our lovely service assistant, Lori, has done everything she can to be helpful and keep us informed about the process. She and our fabulous mechanics, John and Ricky, are as frustrated by the warranty company as we are.
