As kids, we ate what was on our plates, and no questions asked. It's a crazy world we're living in. The simple pleasures have been ruined with all of the new sensitivities. When I owned a bar and grill, I cooked for the homeless shelter on Wednesdays. Thank goodness there was never a discussion about food allergies. When I'd bring something different, they wanted to know why I didn't make my spaghetti. I finally stuck to making it my only contribution. I think your guests were getting too picky. I wouldn't want to cook anymore, either. 🙄
